Subsidiary of one of the largest automobile companies in the world, the captive finance company was looking at starting India operations. After evaluating multiple recruitment companies it zeroed in on Tritium based on Tritium's understanding of the consumer finance market in India and hands on approach of the promoters in handling critical search mandates.
Our work started 18 months before the actual commencement of operations. We started by giving the client a detailed picture of the auto finance market in India as well as study of specific existing players in the market. We hired the management team of the company that included:

Once the top management was on boarded, Tritium also recruited the second level across the all the functions.
The client was looking at ramping up and up scaling its actuary team in both Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) space. The idea was to have at least 25 more members with varied number of actuary papers starting from 6 to qualified actuaries. Tritium mapped out the complete actuary talent in insurance companies and leading KPOs in India. For qualified actuary role, in addition to the limited talent available in India, we were also able to present substantial returning Indian talent.
The project was completed over a period of 7 months.
The MNC bank has significant presence in India and also has a large captive set-up. It was looking at strengthening its internal audit and compliance team in India that could support local as well as international operations. We were mandated to hire middle and senior level audit professionals for various business segments like:
1. Capital markets 2. Transaction banking 3. Private banking & Consumer banking 4. General banking operations 5. Infrastructure & support functions
Tritium successfully managed to hire more than 15 audit & compliance professionals in 12 months and achieve the target head count for the team.
The client, one of the largest commodity trading companies in the world, was looking for a Chief Information Officer to drive the top end IT development initiatives from its India Shared Services Centre. The client was looking for a senior investment banking IT professional with significant global exposure, good hands-on product development capability, team management skills combined with vendor management skills.
The requirement was very specific and Tritium was able to close the position well within the 90 days deadline given by the client.
A large multinational supply chain company that is into design, manufacturing, distribution and aftermarket services to OEM manufacturers was considering setting up its global analytics team based in its Shared Service Centre in India. Tritium was given the mandate to recruit the Head of the Analytics team followed by the second level and team members.
The mandated positions were closed by Tritium in line with client specifications and timeline.
Our client, a leading bank in the Middle East wanted us to target leadership talent, specifically from Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Tritium team overcame all language and cultural barriers in these four target markets and mapped out all possible target candidates. Our team presented the country, the client bank and the role to the target candidates and we were able to generate a list of 12 suitable and interested candidates.
We were not only able to close the position but were able to give a second and third option in case the first candidate did not work out.
A large multinational telecommunication company based in GCC mandated Tritium to recruit the Head of Strategy for its operations. The mandate was to recruit a thinker with good exposure to one or more developed high ARPU markets in Continental Europe.
Tritium targeted professionals with good exposure to countries like France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Portugal; currently working in these markets or elsewhere. Of the 4 candidates presented by Tritium, 2 were liked for the role and the role was closed in 60 days.
Our client, a leading healthcare group in the United Arab Emirates was setting up a super specialty hospital for the Ministry of Presidential Affairs of UAE. Tritium was mandated to hire the entire top management, which included:

Mandate was to look at good talent with extensive exposure to healthcare industry in North America, Europe and South Africa. The Tritium team completed the assignment within the mandated time frame of 6 months.
This was one of the rare and super niche requirements given by one of Tritium's healthcare clients in the GCC. The client was getting the mandate to run the super specialty healthcare facility in nuclear power plant being set up by a government company. The hospital approached Tritium with a request to hire a Medical Director, who had earlier experience running such a facility.
We were asked to target those countries which had advanced nuclear power plants with comprehensive medical facilities. Tritium presented 5 suitable candidates and achieved closure of the position within 30 days of receiving the mandate.
